My concept was based on a story/world of my own creation which depicts the characters and social problems of a dystopian world. Dystopian settings are often used to make comments on problems or issues in society today. Here I’ve used it to help make a comment on the overuse and reliance on technology. In this world humanity has become obsessed with entertainment and looking like those on screen, in focusing on themselves the world has changed around them. Each character is altered from a different stereotype from either Noir, Sci-Fi or Fantasy.

How did they fit into this world? How far have they gone? Are they even human?

 

If we allow technology to take over our lives do we lose our humanity?
